How do I cancel my order?

I didn't receive an order confirmation

I ordered multiple items but only received one

Items typically ship together. If something is missing, please contact customer support and we'll resolve it quickly.

Can I modify an incorrect order?

Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days: 2–4 days processing + 3–8 days delivery.

How are products shipped?

We ship only with reputable shipping companies to ensure your order arrives safely.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it

Check your tracking for drop-off locations or neighbor delivery. If still unresolved, contact our support team.
